The PTA runs or funds a number of other programs at Crofton Elementary School. Here is a partial listing of other ways that your PTA dollars enrich our school.

The PTA purchases items for school improvement in coordination with the CES principal. Our recent focus has been buying AverVision document cameras for each grade level. Past items have included a new projection screen for the cafeteria, safety doormat for the front lobby, wireless projectors, window blinds for the Media Center, a laptop computer for presentations, a new piano for the music/chorus teacher, and wagons for the Kindergarten classes.
All teachers - full and part time - are eligible for reimbursement of certain out-of-pocket expenses they incur to outfit their rooms.
If you have incurred such expenses, download the Check Request Form to submit the receipt(s) for reimbursement (PDF, 274K). Fill out the form and drop it to the PTA box in the teachers' lounge. Note that original receipts are required. The CES PTA treasurer will write a reimbursement check for you.
Teacher reimbursement is just one way the PTA can show our teachers how much we appreciate their hard work and dedication.
